THEY R USING PLASTIC COVERS FOR PACKING HOT SAMBAR, KURUMA, GRAVY etc. THIS IS QUITE HARMFUL.

Hot Sambar & Gravies were packed around 6:45pm once ready. From 6:45pm to till we get, hotness of sambar / gravy will have a impact on plastic covers.

They don’t know how to treat a customer. I went to the hotel at 6.30 and Kuzhambu is ready and one person is even packing it. I just asked them to take order and they said they can’t do it and asked me to wait . But dish and everything is ready. Such a irresponsible and illiterate reply from their workers. Since many people are buying from them cause it’s cheap they thought they don’t need to respect every customer it seems. I argued with them and since none of them responded I left from that...

Please don't have or take parcel of Chappathi here. Really worst and it's not at all fresh and worst. Kutuma is tasty but for Chappathi is what we need as best quality.
