Hotel Sri Saravana Vilas — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

When ever I travel in ecr Road i used to have a break at Hote Sri Saravana Vilas, previously when I travelled I took takeaway at night and the food was good, but this time we went there for breakfast, I didn't expect that this would be so bad. Morning it was the peak hour 9-10 breakfast time, it was kinda crowded but the tables were not clear and the and floors were dirty and some stinking smell over there, this was a really veg restaurant on that road, but on that day it was dirty and not clean at all. We ordered pongal Vada and plane dosa, but the sambar was not that good, the had wash area was in such a bad condition didn't expect like this. I am worried because I have had my food previously which was good and tasty 👍🏻 but now it wasn't I don't know why, they have continuous crowd and they charge reasonable price but now the price got increased and the quality got decrease, I want them to improve and maintain their previous standard. They don't have the same service as it used to be, the Manager seems to be least bothered to take the suggestions and advise of the customers. His attitude is eat what we serve or leave NO problem for him. The food arrived was cold and when asked he claims its coming from kitchen and the server was not bothered to listen or replace or reheat the food. Even the servers have attitude issues. Dear customers kindly refrain from this restaurant, just few minutes drive there are better places when they treat customers with dignity and also take the suggestions for the improvement.
