We stopped at this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It's located right on the highway, in the outskirts of Nagarcoil, near APTA Market. Very easy to spot.
For breakfast, we had masala dosa, idli and mini tiffin. Mini tiffin portion was good, more than enough for one person. Mini tiffin had small portion of pongal, kesari, small uzhunnu vada, mini masala dosa, mini idlis and poori. It came with a mini coffee. Masala dosa and idli were also very tasty. Three types of chutneys were kept on the table itself.
For lunch, we had vegetarian meals, curd rice and curd vada. Curd vada was without any sweetness and was garnished with spicy boondi. Curd rice was really yummy. Meals was good too, with waiters asking if one would have more.
We also tried panamkalkandu milk, which is milk sweetened with palm jaggery. It also had a slight flavour of dry ginger and pepper. It's a hot drink
Service is fast, with waiters offering suggestions about what to order. Food was fresh and reasonably priced.
Washroom is in the basement and one has to go down a staircase to reach. May not be suitable for disabled and elderly. There was a non-operational lift, though.
The restaurant has a large parking area. There's an attendant to help vehicles get back on the highway.
A pit stop in this restaurant is highly recommended. The restaurant has...

Special Meals:
The special meals were truly awesome, with a great variety and flavors.
A standout feature was the big cup of ghee placed on the table, something rare to find in most restaurants these days. It added a delightful touch, and just seeing it felt satisfying!
Drinks: They serve hot jeera/herbal water for drinking, which was an amazing addition and very refreshing.
However, the apple juice was disappointing—overloaded with sugar and far from enjoyable.
The lemon mint soda was just okay, not particularly memorable.
Paneer 65: Unfortunately, the Paneer 65 was not up to the mark and could use some improvement.
Overall: A satisfying experience overall, with great meals, thoughtful touches like herbal water, and a big serving of ghee. Some areas, like drinks and starters, could use improvement, but it’s definitely worth a visit for the...
Read moreOutside looks so spacious, but inside area is too less. Too crowded for a bus journey. If you are travelling by car, or of your own, then i would suggest this place. For a bus journey, this is not at all a place with so less dining area.
The hotel and restrooms were new and kind of clean, but hardly 4 could use it at a time. The women had a very long queue. The bus halt was like a hell. The 15 minutes we got was not sufficient even for accessing the restroom.
After using restroom when we came to the hotel, there was no space even to sit. They sent us to AC hall above. Since that was the only option, we had to go for it. But that too was full.
Though they had a menu that's long, we didn't get what we wanted, but got just 3 choices that they gave, Not even idli was available. Anyway had a nice tea outside the hotel.
The service people were good, but helpless to...
