INSUVAI — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I arranged lunch for a group of people. Everything from co-ordination, food, service, ambience were amazing and we really had a great experience. All the food items we ordered were delicious and enjoyed by everyone including younger and elder generations. Mr. Mathi arranged everything as we discussed on the phone and even arranged for some customized food items I requested for. All the staff were friendly and courteous especially service by Mr. Amarnath and Ms.Devika were notable. Couldn't be happier with the food and service. I am pleasantly surprised with the fact that they managed to get every single food item so delicious right from starter to dessert! Looking forward to...

Pathetic service, inexperienced unsmiling least enthusiastic staff.

Every item got over and took forever to refill.

Staff seem to be clambering around without a clue as to what to do next. Poori refill took 30mins and most guests left because people are actually do have somewhere to go and do stuff unlike the people working here.

The superintendent and the staff seem to be fighting in the kitchen and we could actually hear it.

Good resort in Kumbakonam. Good place to bring kids and family. Quality in food and rooms and availability of rooms are also good. Enough of parking space. Corporate meetings and get to gether and family function are happening here, enough of space for these functions also. Open space lane also available for marriage functions. Friendly...
