The 2 stars are only for the ambience of the hall. Very very poor management, I really don’t understand how the owner has recruited such inefficient people as staff. Right after paying advance we knew we’re going to have issues with this place, but we dint have any other option. We paid advance of 20k before the event and we had to beg behind the manager for the advance paid bill for so many days, he kept delaying and postponing. Guess what happened he left the job and went off and he has noted down saying we’ve paid only 5k, but the management after many discussions accepted that we paid 20k. Next comes the day of event, not a single person was in sight to help us with anything. Also a very Important thing to note is That the mahal doesn’t have proper electricity so it runs only on generator so we’ll have to pay the generator rental charges, diesel charges and so on which will be much higher than eb charges. We were not told about all this clearly before paying advance, they first told to pay only Eb charges calculating the units used which will be 17rs per unit, then they told us a day before Event that it’s only generator. They kept changing the words about everything every single day. We’ve to pay full amount before the day of the event, and they collect caution deposit charges from which this generator charges will be reduced. They dint Return our balance amount of caution deposit charges which was just 5k to us for almost 40 days. No proper response from their side, they won’t pick your calls, when we go in person they’ll say we’ll talk to the owner about it. It was such a struggle to get our money back. They cheat the customers a lot. Their main focus is only on the bar there’s no separate person allotted for the mahal management. Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for all your comments. Your complaints are not valid. Please mention the truth what happened exactly. They requested us to use their own decorator; yes, we initially refused. But due to their compulsion we allowed their own decorator only. Please know everything clearly and post the comments. I am not sure that why many of them are posting the comments like the customer. We provided the services more than you paid. We have provided our best service entire the event. No one can do anything due to power cut instead of switching on the generator. That too we did it. We requested initially to pay caution deposit for diesel if there anything happens; but they refused to pay it. Still we operated the generator and rectified the A/c issues within 30 minutes. Client also agreed that A/c issues were cleared. If your not willing to appreciate the efforts which we are taking, no problem for us; but don't post the wrong statement and doesn't knowing anything completely and properly. Each and every event we inspect and do the proper checking of everything, since, if there is any issue occurs it depends on their fate also. karma will never leave. Very very bad service the staff fools u over ur bill the staff will get close to u ask for handloan and then cheat u by not repaying u back nd if u talk to management thy will say ke it's not thr problem then the staff will fool u to buy bottle and when u buy a bottle u drink one r to peg from it and leave it in bar but next day when u come thy will say ke bottle is not hear might be staff should have taken and had it one more worst experience thy take order for the food nd thy will serve u different food and if u ask them to parcel thy will say ke we don't have container thy will argue with u saying it's dine in order we don't keep parcel container in the restaurant and all this is cuz of the staff thr is a staff name Dinesh and manager name Hari thy play very big political games and cheat the customer to the core so I will request u ppl to be very particular...
