Dear guest greetings from Jade Restaurant. We feel sorry for not satisfying you. But the fact is taste differs from every individual. We do have satisfied guests too. Pricing part we use only best quality products and in recent days the rates for oil, gas and others have gone up very high and due to all the following reasons you might feel we are costly. But the reality is not such. We have best staffs to make South Indian food and we haven’t faced any issues in recent times regarding the taste and we where able to deliver things in better quality. Kindly make a note you have no rights to ask others not to try our restaurant. If you are not satisfied give your review and we do value the same but asking others not to try is none of your business and as a team many departments are involved and they will be demotivated because of such reviews. Honestly we are there to hear your feedback and very well you could have shared the problems faced during the time of your visit. Kindly be polite enough while you are commenting on someone. It doesn’t mean that if you have a platform to review you can write anything. It is spoiling our reputation. Hope you will understand things better and will not repeat such things in future. This is the response you have given me when I have posted a genuine issue regarding taste, quality of the lunch you have provided . You should understand such was the experience for us when we visited your restaurant and if you don't want any comments or reviews you may opt not to post comments from guests. Taste differs from people to people but we 5 people had lunch in your restaurant and no one was satisfied.

It is obvious from your irresponsible response to other guests who had also commented about your food quality in this platform that you don't care about the satisfaction of your guests.

Really bad experience after 3 years. Took lunch from there. Restaurant was none occupied.. Ordered meals which contain chappathy one cup payasam made with savoon rice. Sambhar was just powder mixed with hot water. Rasam was poor. Overall rice and other curries not worth in quality and taste. Bengali cook doesnt know the tamilian and keralian sambhar and veg foods. The meals price was horrible ie. 240 incl Gst... I wont do a revisit any more.

There is no option for replying to jade owner comment Hey man i wont give fake review. Who told you that we enjoyed the food... I dont bother about rates but i must look the taste of food and must be the true one ie sambhar must be sambhar. Hot water mixed with sambhar powder is not sambhar it must have ladies finger& drumstick.. Then come to kheer (payasam) is savoon served in highclass. What foolishness u r telling. Rice ada is no. 1 in payasam. Check the tomato curry. First of all u go and taste it man.if u dont know all this come to kerala i will teach u what is veg thali meals. .Never try to blame anyone feedbacks as fake. First u should undestand this.
