I ordered a chicken puff from Kanagaraj Bakery on August 14 (14/8/2025). The puffs were spoiled. I returned the puffs, but the receptionist behaved in a very rude manner asking me to pay for the spoiled puffs, he behavior was very worst. I was cheated by Kanagaraj Bakery. ☹️☹️☹️Okay, who's responsible if I eat spoiled puffs and get sick?How can you bill me for puffs I didn't eat? As a consumer, I have every right to question you.
