Kanakadhara Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Frustrated with the service. Had to wait for masala dosa for 1 hour after reminding several times 4-5times we did. (Ordered first, received at last) When asked extra kurma for parota many questions were asked. Never do this again(more frustrated with this). We pay for what we eat. We demand what we need. It was also not provided immediate. We need to wait 20 mins for getting kurma with parota on plate, finally got kurma after reaching reception in mid of my dine. We need to wait 15mins to pay the bill as there was no one available in the reception to receive the cash. AC was not turned on when we entered the hotel. No fans thought, we need to suffocate with no air with poor service.

Not my first visit, never experienced like this before. Bitter experience thought the food was good. 2 star was for the food!

First time visiting with friends - we 4 families was there 12 people with kids- ordered different items - first start with positive staffs were good but Food taste very bad - we informed many times and even the same issue for next ordered food -- most horrible experience with their Vazhayila virunthu(non veg) was not good as we expected. Almost all curries provided wont satisfy even a 5 year kid - quantity very less so i cant say about taste - i had a experience in other hotels quantity will be very high with same price - here total waste and dont order it not worth for money - deserts price also bit higher side - altogether a avg experience hotel management should take care the food quality -taste and other area , otherwise people will not come back to you :)))- Branch - thottipalayam...

Excellent food! Number of tables are limited for the size of the property . Non-veg meals are good value for money and very tasty including the vegetarian accompaniments. Fish was very fresh as promised and fried just right. Surprised to find such a good restaurant in this location (and also relieved that I don't have to go through the city traffic to get a decent non-veg meal). Parking space is adequate for the number of tables. Small play area for kids. Restrooms are hygienically maintained. Service was very courteous. 2 soups.2 non veg meals, a fish fry ( Manthal) and prawns , ending with ice-beeda cost us INR 1386, which was slightly on the higher side considering that the location is well outside the city. I hope they maintain the taste and freshness...
