Had a very poor experience. I was waiting at my table for a long time, and not a single waiter came to take my order. The water jug on the table was empty so I asked them for water, and they took the jug but never brought it back. Basic hospitality was completely missing.

Also, the hotel had combo options on the menu, but when the crowd started coming in, they conveniently stopped serving combos. Clearly, they didn’t want to offer the same items at a discounted combo price when they could charge more individually. That’s just plain greedy and unfair.

I ordered poori and masal vada and both were very average. The masal vada especially lacked taste and freshness.

Overall, bad service, bad management, and mid food. Definitely not...

I posted a positive review 4 years back and now I edited my postive review after undergone so many negative aspects. Food Industry is not a business it's a service. People make so much money from food industry but very few people services good food to people. This kovai kitchen veg hotel have became worsen nowdays in quantity, quality and even taste too. They serves very less quantity but charging too much price for all foods. For meals also they don't serve sufficient quantity of sambar,rasam and sides too. They increasing the prices of the food now and then but never serves justice to the amount they charge for the food. Got very disappointed with their services and responses. Service is worst, idli is available only for 30 to 40 min in morning. You have to visit them at the right time to buy it. Even if you reach time then waiting time is way to excessive. They are buying idlis and selling. Basically a trader

Pls do go and waste time. As they only prioritize online platforms. Swiggy and zomato.

Today I went for buying idlis, and i can see nearly 50 idlis but they have closed the counter for idli purchase and saved it for online platforms due to more profits
