Madurai Pandian — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I used to be a frequent customer at Pandian Hotel in Avadi, but my recent visit left me disappointed. I ordered mutton chukka, biriyani, chappathi, grill chicken, and mixed noodles. However, I noticed that the quantity of mutton chukka served was only half of what they used to serve earlier, but the price remained the same at 220 rupees. The biriyani lacked flavor, and the grill chicken tasted like it was cooked without any salt. Even the chappathi was saltless.

Overall, I was very unhappy with the quality of the food and the service. I hope the management takes note of these issues and improves the quality of their dishes. Worst service. We had dinner around 10.45 PM and there was no proper service and we waited for 10 mins for the menu to come on the table. Then it took 10 mins for the dish to come that too only the side dish not the main one. We have to sit and wait for the main dish to come, so that to eat main dish with the curry and side dish. When the main dish arrived side dish went cold. We have to wait for the waiter to listen to us after a long time. Finally a pathetic with a normal average taste with high cost. I don't recommend or even come again forever. And the heart break was I got the bill in the name of pandian hotel, Moggapair west. Management should take care of this and sort it sooner. I recently visited Pandiyan Restaurant hoping for an authentic meal, but my experience was far from pleasant. The customer service was extremely disappointing; staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. It took ages for anyone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. The cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Tables weren’t properly wiped, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. I expected better standards from a place like this, and it’s a shame because the food itself wasn’t bad. But I’d think twice before...
