Read moreUnfortunately the worst experience due to a supervisor who was so unwilling and adamant.
My father is a 74 years old liver cirrhosis patient and had to eat atleast one boiled egg per meal, as per doctor's advice. So, we packed just one egg in a small container and he was eating it at the restaurant. We ordered idlis and dosas which was just served. The supervisor came in and asked my father to get out of the restaurant, eat the egg and then come in. I tried to explain to him that it was just one boiled egg and there was no other outside food. But he was unwilling to listen and kept repeating the same that he had to go out, as it is the hotel rules.
So, we left the restaurant without having any food and needed up going to A2B near thindivanam.
I understand it is the hotel rule, but it was just one boiled egg which he could have consumed in another 3 to 5 seconds. And it is not that we didn't order any food. We have ordered few dosas and idlis and it was also just served.
Anyways, it is their hotel, their rules but not for us anymore. Thank you and stick to ur rules super strong. Not sure if they would permit to take any tablets, asking the customers to get out as it is not in their Hotel...

This practice risks tarnishing your reputation, as customers are savvy and will simply move to another establishment if they feel their needs aren’t being met. It’s concerning that even by 8:30 AM, the Idly option is already unavailable.
While we understand that waiting times are unavoidable due to the lack of nearby quality dining options, the declining quality of food, particularly tea and coffee, is a growing issue. It's essential to maintain high standards to retain your loyal customer base. Thank you for considering...
