The manager, Mr. Naveen, orchestrated the event with the precision of a maestro. His meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident in every facet of the celebration. His warm demeanor and personal touch added an extra layer of delight to the proceedings, making us feel like cherished guests in his own home.
A standing ovation is due to the impeccable service and staff's hospitality. The waitstaff waltzed around us, fulfilling our whims with smiles as radiant as the occasion itself. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the experience, creating an atmosphere where every request was met with enthusiasm and grace.
Parking woes? Non-existent. The venue's well-thought-out parking space ensured that even our guests arriving in pumpkin carriages had a spot waiting for them.

Read moreWe recently visited Parambariyam Unavagam as a group of four adults, accompanied by a young child and a toddler. Our expectations were high, given the restaurant's reputation for serving traditional South Indian meals. Unfortunately, our experience fell short on several fronts.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the restaurant was catering to a large event, possibly a birthday celebration, in their open space. The event appeared to have taken priority, as it took at least 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence and take our order. The first server struggled with Tamil, which made communication difficult. I resorted to using my rusty Hindi, but it was only when another staff member arrived, with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanour, that we were finally able to place our order in English.
Sadly, the service issues did not end there. Our food was served 10–15 minutes later on visibly unclean plates, with no banana leaves, and dry soap stains still clinging to the surface. Given how hungry we were and the presence of young children, we reluctantly decided not to send them back.
In terms of food quality, the dishes were disappointingly subpar. While the menu promises traditional flavours, the execution was lacking in freshness, taste, and overall satisfaction. The only redeeming aspect was the second server, whose attitude and professionalism offered a brief silver lining in an otherwise frustrating visit.
Ambience-wise, the place was modest and functional, not unpleasant, but not memorable either.
Verdict: While Parambariyam Unavagam may have potential, particularly with its open-air event space, the lack of cleanliness, slow service, and mediocre food quality made our dining experience deeply underwhelming. The warm smile of one server isn’t enough to mask the shortcomings in hygiene and taste. We hope the management takes steps to improve both service standards and kitchen...
Read moreGiving a 2 star rating mainly due the non sense concept which happened when i went along with my friends group for the so called unlimited buffet... First of all there were only a single rice, side dish n gravy for the total non veg items.... Tat too since there was a rush the side dish got over almost immediately.... And was waiting for them to refill it and it totally ended up in vain.... Also having noticed tat the upcoming customers were served the same directly to their tables inspite of refilling the buffet station.... This is TOTAL NONSENSE... If u wanna cut cost in such a way then pls take out the ad outside for unlimited buffet.... As far as i noticed the veg dishes barely was moving out as mostly people come for such unlimited buffet to have a good meal of non veg dishes.... Since there wasn't any much of an option people were forced to decide with jus a biryani, pepper chicken n chettinad gravy..... Being a food reviewer i feel sorry for making my friends to come over for a restaurant with fake attitude... We are not coming back again.... Thanks for fooling people with fake advertisements.... Despite the fact tat the hotel is named as Parambariyam(nativity) they only managed to keep the ambience tat way and forget the customer services and dishes to be served up in a native manner.... People read Ur name board outside and dine in to have a native food to be served up the same way.... But instead u only keep up name only for the outside decors and it's all the same like anyother shady restaurants outside... Regret taking my friends there as they felt tat they were not served as per expectation as this being the first time for us....
