New Suvai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have been a regular customer at Suvai Fast Food Hotel in Thiruvarur for quite some time, but I must express my disappointment with the recent decline in quality.

The once impeccable standards seem to have taken a hit, and it's disheartening to see the overall quality of the food deteriorate. I used to enjoy the unique flavors and consistency in taste, but nowadays, it's become a hit or miss.

The hygiene standards also seem to have slipped, and it's evident in the presentation and cleanliness of the establishment. I believe that maintaining high standards is crucial, especially in the fast-food industry where customer satisfaction is paramount.

I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these concerns and works towards restoring the quality that initially made Suvai Fast Food Hotel a preferred choice. It's always disappointing to see a favorite spot struggle, and I genuinely hope that improvements...

Today I ate (29-11-2024) chicken soup and shawarma..

Chicken soup is ok with the taste and quantity... Chicken soup -: ₹50

I ordered normal roll shawarma but the server gave the plate shawarma Plate shawarma - ₹130

Shawarma is in normal taste... No spicy...

And I parcel tandoori chicken half...

They didn't cut into four pieces and the tandoori inside was not cooked well... Raw chicken tastes like smell... Half tandoori -₹200

I gave two star for based on their service and tandoori chicken

The cost of a parotta is Rs 20. But they serve it with chicken gravy with pieces in it. We also had a chicken rive, which was also very tasty. The pepper chicken gravy was also very delicious.
