I chose to dine here with my family to celebrate my work anniversary after reading several positive reviews. But, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations!
We requested a table in the alfresco dining area as the ambiance was beautiful and more suited for a family, but were told it only opens in the evening. Despite multiple polite requests for just one table for four, we were denied and had to settle for the bar seating, which was dimly lit, small, and not ideal for a family. The first table was unclean, and we had to move to another!
We placed our entire order in one go, except for additional phulkas and dessert later. However, the wait time between each dish was unusually long, which left us quite frustrated. When we brought this up to the manager, he did apologize, though his initial tone came off as slightly defensive!
The food itself tasted good overall. We ordered drinks, soup, starters, phulkas, butter chicken, chicken loaded nachos, and cheesecake. The nachos were disappointing - just chunks of chicken with cheese poured over, lacking flavor and presentation! The cheesecake also fell flat - it didn’t resemble the classic cheesecake flavor I’m very familiar with, especially having had the best/OG back in the US!
That said, special mention to Jeeva, who served our table with humility and patience. While I’ve enjoyed their food through delivery in the past, this dine-in experience changed my perspective. Unlikely...
Read moreI recently visited this roof-top resto-bar with my friends and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the food service. I honestly wish there was a negative star ranking to reflect my dissatisfaction. On the positive side, the ambience of the place was great, the vibe was enjoyable with LED screen and music, and the location was perfect. However, the service provided fell far below expectations.
We placed our order for a few starters and our main course at 9:30pm. To our dismay, it took a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes before we received the starters. Despite inquiring about our food multiple times, we were repeatedly told, "Sir, it will be ready in 5 minutes." The clock struck 11pm and we still hadn't received our main course. At that point, we decided to cancel our order out of frustration, only to be informed that there was no food available and the kitchen had already closed. It was truly a nightmare scenario, as we were forced to search for a place to have dinner at midnight.
I sincerely urge the management of the establishment to address the issue of food service, as it completely spoils all the positive aspects of this place. While I would love to visit again, I am now uncertain whether it is...
Read moreI have been to this restaurant atleast 7-8 times in the past 2 months, all the time on a weekday evening or a free-schedule time. Yesterday was the first time where I went on a Saturday night. As per their over hype, there was a huge crowd and a bouncer who had no sense of welcoming the guests said right away there was no table with no request. (first of all what rights a bouncer has , to communicate with the guests , unless or until there is a tag check / dress code check / intervene if there is a chaos). First teach him Some manners.
Next, the servers of the resto, (whom I remember serving me in my past visits) did not even bother to attend someone who is standing near the reception. (Is it really a reception ?)
Drinks like LIIT is worst - accepted Food takes ages to come - accepted
But this?
Okay So your logic is to treat the customers well when seats are empty and just chase them away when it is full?
If the table is full, it is responsibility of the management to humbly request the customers to wait , or mention the delay and it is their decision to stay or leave and not to chase them away. (And treat the same customer like gods when the...
