Yesterday night, I bought Vadacurry from Palace Cafe, Mint Street. Unfortunately, I found a CENTIPEDEđš inside the vadacurry. Since it was late at night, I couldnât return to the hotel immediately.
When I visited the cafĂ© today to raise a complaint, the cashier responded very casually, saying, âYou came yesterday, weâll provide another dish for the same cost.â This is not a responsible way to handle a serious food safety issue. Due to lunch hours i quietly came out.
I am not against this hotel â itâs one of the oldest cafĂ©s in Mint Street â but it seems they are not maintaining proper kitchen hygiene standards.
Iâm sharing this experience so that customers are aware before visiting. Hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness...
