Palace Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Yesterday night, I bought Vadacurry from Palace Cafe, Mint Street. Unfortunately, I found a CENTIPEDE𓆨 inside the vadacurry. Since it was late at night, I couldn’t return to the hotel immediately.

When I visited the café today to raise a complaint, the cashier responded very casually, saying, “You came yesterday, we’ll provide another dish for the same cost.” This is not a responsible way to handle a serious food safety issue. Due to lunch hours i quietly came out.

I am not against this hotel — it’s one of the oldest cafés in Mint Street — but it seems they are not maintaining proper kitchen hygiene standards.

I’m sharing this experience so that customers are aware before visiting. Hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness...

The man with beard, i dont give a flying f’s about his name and what he does. Such arrogance and stupid behaviour from this age is not expected. He insults his customers for asking what food items does he have? How stupid can this brainless man get, why have you opened a restaurant if you dont want to answer your customers and just talk rubbish for asking this? How is this even related to where i come from? Worst food I ever had, They served Onion chutney and coconut chutney as side dish for sambar rice, The coconut chutney was completely decayed.

As informed the chutney was not good, it is old shock, please replace it
