We ordered three meals (limited) which costed ₹100 per meal, 2 mini meals (₹95 per meal) & 4 drinks (watermelon, pine apple, sweet lime & Pomegranate).

The taste of the juices to start with were good. They were served without ice as per our request.

Mini meals - though the quantity looked really less, for some reason, we were full once we finished eating it. It had chapatti with Kuruma which was really good. Kesari pudding was awesome & so as Sambar / Curd rice. I can’t say anything less than that. They were really to good.

With limited meals, we were given Sambar, rasam, Kuzhambu, Keerai & potato. Rice could’ve been but softer. Otherwise, taste wise, they are good. Appalam & More Milagai is an added plus :)

I am a regular and spend not less than three hundred rupees every week on snacks. The quality and taste of the snacks and sweets are extremely good . I took lunch by way of parcel on three occasions and on all the occasions the rice wasn't boiled to the desired levels . It was so semi boiled that we could almost feel as if we are eating raw rice. The add-ons like sambar rasam vathakoyambhu were all ok but cannot be termed as extraordinary. We had to take jaljeera for digestion as well as the acidity created by the food. After that I don't prefer to buy lunch from them. We used to buy tiffin at nights especially idly dosa varieties chappathies which could get easily digested . After having tried a number of occasions we are buying only idlies at night for the remaining items especially dosas gets so saggy by the time the parcel reaches our home which is situated just five hundred meters from the restaurant. It appeared as if we are consuming some rubberized stuff. Even yesterday I visited the place and took home just idlies . Hope the management look into the matter and take corrective measures especially rice. I am posting this matter as a regular and responsible customer and not...

My recent visit to Mathur Srinivasa Sweets was disappointing. The staff appeared unapproachable, often staring at customers in an unsettling manner. As if we will run without paying the bill. The service was lacking. While we sat at our table, no one brought us glasses, and we were left with just a jar of water. My six-year-old daughter had to fetch a glass by herself. Additionally, the person at the billing counter was particularly unprofessional. He didn't make eye contact with me and was very talkative with others, seemingly more interested in chatting with his colleagues than attending to customers. He processed the bill without even acknowledging my presence.The staff at Mathur Srinivasa Sweets clearly lack the necessary hospitality skills. Their behavior was far from friendly or helpful, and it affected our overall experience negatively. They need significant improvement in customer service and basic manners.

We are not coming to Srinivasa just because Srinivasa sweets are very good enough we are entering this sweet stall just because there is no other sweet stalls nearby. If a competitor for Srinivasa is nearby definitely Srinivasa will lose his customers because of the...
