I’ve been a regular customer at this bakery for quite some time, as they’ve always maintained high hygiene standards and provided great service. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. While I was there, I witnessed the person sweeping the floor come out and pack my items without washing his hands or wearing gloves. When I asked where the gloves were, he mentioned they don’t use it any more. This is not acceptable, especially in a food establishment.

Yesterday i bought veg puffs for my son's birthday, they gave expired puffs and very worst quality. Then i visited shop and told, the veg puffs was expired and bad smell coming from Masala, few pieces ate kids and my relatives. Even though its a factory outlet.. not may items are available and the menu s seemed to be limited and the freshness of product are little bit questionable...Employees are polite and attentive...Being a big chain of business in CBE...Little more care can be given to this establishment as a factory outlet for improving the quality and quantity on variety of baked, savoury and sweets items...
