Ragam Bakery — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We had a bad experience here at kovilapalayam branch. We asked for cheese loaded schezwan french fries. They brought fries without any cheese on it. When we enquired about it, they took the plate and brought it with some frozen cheese on it. They didn't even bother to heat it. It takes only a few seconds to melt it in the oven. We let the person incharge there know about the issue. When he asked, the person who took our order casually said they have mistakenly heard the dish name wrong. A few weeks before, we ordered fried paneer wrap. And they brought the wrap with frozen paneer cubed freshly out of freezer. The cheese in it was also too stiff to consume.

Prefer coffee, tea, puffs and chilli...

Worst experience ever had today. Where waiters wont provide parcel tea or coffee to customers. only customer need to get token and inform it to tea master. then what is the use of waiters over there. they just watching IPL match and resting on one side. When I did inform about this in billing counter. he also reacted same thing that waiters wont come for tea or coffee parcels. so what if any elder customers visit the bakery for this scenario? I don’t know whether manager or anyone gonna check this issue or not but this need to noted and everyone should know...

I'd rate them 5 for their millet cookies but since the rating ain't for just cookies, I'm giving 4.

Ragam is just a brand & needed no introduction. They offer fresh cream & other ordinary cakes. Their millet & butter cookies are must try!!!

Coming to spicier side, Masala stuffed inside the puff & samosa is more on Spicer note than expected. You'll need to sip some water after a bite.

Pros: Parking facility, Dining ambiance, Wide range of Items especially their millet cookies.

Cons: You'll find Fast-foods bit costly & their muffins doesn't...
