Rahmaniyas Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Bad customer service. We went there for a lunch. The order was taken after sometime. That too they dont hv much option. Once we ordered we got briyani. But no raitha or gravy was given. We kept asking for so many times. By the time they brought we almost finished our briyani. The guy in billing desk is so annoying, as we took some icecream and went to our table and started eating, that guy came to our table took the icecream while we are eating the icecream and noted the price and gave it back. This how you treat your customer who have their food. Note: we already informed the guy on which icecream we took before taking it to our table. And when the bill came the doubled the number of icecream that we ate. He dont even know to calculate the bill. Almost billing alone took 30 mins which is really...

Best restaurants as I had visited, well maintained dinning. Good Greetings by the staffs. Both Indian cousin and Chinese cousin were served here. Especially mutton biriyani is must try. Private Rooms for taking rest and also rooms were for performing prayers been attached. Vegetarian food were served seperately.
