Ramas Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had an opportunity of taking my tiffin at HOTEL RAMAS- RAMAS CAFE , THENMANGUDIPALAYAM , near ATTUR , during my travel from Erode to Chennai, today. I was astonished on seeing the vastness of the parking space before the Hotel. You can park your vehicle conveniently. Rest rooms for men and women are kept neat and tidy. Wooden sculptures at the entrance enthralled me.

A/C dining hall is there . But when I went there it wasn't functioning. The main dining hall of the Hotel is vast , neat , clean and tidy. Lady waitresses serve you with polite and elegance. I visited it around 0915 hrs. I asked for 2 plates of POORI & a plate of PONGAL. Only poori was served and I was told that pongal was not available. For those who came there after me had to take DOSAS only . Iddlies, Pongal , Poori & other delicacies are not available.

Even poori we had didn't taste very much. We had coffee and tea. 2 plates of poori at 50 rupees each, a cup of coffee at 25 and a cup of tea at 20 cost us only 145 rupees, which according to me is somewhat cheaper.

Good hotel. It is situated in the salem ulundurpet highway bypass at Attur. Adjoint with vehicle lay bay. Very spacious area available for car parking and other vehicles parking and this place attracts the traveler's. I went 2 to 3 times for lunch with my team. The cleanliness of the hotel good with #4 ratings out of 5. Near by village workers serve the food here and mostly veg meals served with egg options. Toilet facilities available on pay and use basis nearby and not in the hotel premises. Icecream variants and beeda (beetle wine leaf and arecaunut with sweet) also available on sale.
