Only few Hotels know the value of a customer and truly seek fulfillment through Customer Satisfaction. RHR-Sulur is definitely one among the best.
This is from my personal experience.
It was around 9.45 pm yesterday when I stepped in to the Hotel. It was almost closing time for the place and this was the 1st opportunity for them to send me away. But they did not. My first 🌟 is for this approach.
Then I requested for Idly and Onion Roast. They accepted the order knowing at the back of their mind that Sambar had run out of stock. They still managed the meal with Tomato Curry and with an Apology. My 2nd 🌟 is for this tactfulness.
At the end of the meal, I requested for a coffee, however both Coffee and Tea Service had already stopped. Did that stop them from serving me? Of course Not! They suggested for Tea and checked if I was okay with it. I readily agreed but asked them to ensure that it was sugar-free. They complied and Lo.. My Sugar-free Tea was served in No-time. My 3rd 🌟 goes for this.
Throughout the time of my Dinner and in all interactions with the staff, I was made to feel that I own the place. After all Customer is the King☺️ My 4th 🌟 is for the staff's friendly and cordial attitude.
My 5th 🌟 is for brand RHR. I have visited the one near Coimbatore Railway station as well and the experience was no different. Kudos to the Management who ensured that Values become a Brand Culture and not just remain Person-Dependent.

It was Oct 10 2021, I went to attend UPSC Prelims exam. After morning session i just went here to have my lunch. It was too crowded and I was supposed to wait for half an hour to get a seat.
Since I was alone, I got a single seat. But again waited for another 10 to 15 mins and none of the person came to receive the order. I called a person who was taking order in another table. He said he will be coming in 2 mins.
But after that order he just started receiving new orders from that north side and he never came back to the south side tables. After a long wait a lady came to take the order and I order 1 set of paratha.
Even before I completed my order, she left the place and came back with only 1 paratha. I said, I ordered for 1 set. Immediately she said it was too crowded and only 2 or three persons are taking order and you should be very clear in your order.
I was wondered with that reply and stated you even didn't wait for my order. She didn't even listened and walked back again.
From the time I went in and till I complete my lunch, I noticed one thing that all the person were eager to collect the bill from each table and rushing towards the counter. I think they might have some offers if they settle few number of bills it seems.
Anyway I just had only that 1 paratha and settled by bill and return back with half...

Yesterday afternoon after a happy family event, we went with a lot of expectations to Rhr sulur. We sat in the AC dining hoping for better experience for our relatives. They took order and since there was only special meals option in meal menu, most of us ordered it.
First thing is I called a server to ask about something, He saw, turned back and simply went without any sign or indication. It took more than 30 minutes for meal to reach our table without rice in it. They thought we will eat the cup biriyani for 15 minutes and then rice can be served. The reason they told is, everything will be freshly prepared and served which was not that case. They started cleaning the table when we were still sitting and having dessert. ( it was deep cleaning which they do when the entire table is empty) They even asked people eating dessert to come out so that they can clean.
Final part is 5 family members suffered from food poison, dysentry and stomach pain.
Money is important so does the customer satisfaction and health.
