Richway Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The place is nice and suitable for families, especially in a very conservative town like Adirampattinam. There are party halls and conference halls suitable for small events. There is ample parking space. Heard mixed reviews from people who had been there. Briyani wasn't that good. Lot of items in their menu card were not available (may be because they just started) and we were left with very little choice.

Before dining when we asked if they accept Visa payments, the waiter replied that they do. After dining, when I swiped my card (of course, a valid international Visa card with more than adequate balance), they said their credit card machine doesn't accept Visa cards from certain banks, specifically the international ones and we ended up...

An amazing restaurant near Adiramapattinam ! Absolutely loved the ambience !! Calm and a great environment makes this restaurant the best one to go for around pattukottai.Never imagined pattukottai surroundings will get such a great ambience..

. Restaurant have outdoor seating as well as an ac hall... My preference will be outdoor rather ac .. Washroom was neat and well maintained.. There is a play area for kids as well.. Car parking is huge place and easily accessible . Food was good right frok briyani to gravy items and to side dishes and my recommendation to the restaurant will be kindly severe the briyani hot ( although mine was the last as per the server, wish it was served hot ). . To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it smelled off. Concerned the quality, we immediately raised the issue with the staff. Shockingly, their response was to ask us to "please adjust," rather than offering to rectify the problem. This dismissive attitude toward such a serious issue was completely unacceptable.

Additionally, for takeaway orders, it was necessary to double-check whether they had included everything we ordered. The lack of attention to detail only added to the overall poor experience.

In summary, the terrible service, long wait times, questionable food quality, and unprofessional handling of complaints make the Restaurant a place I cannot recommend. Hope they address these significant...
