Loots the first customer with the menu offered which has no price mentioned in it. Extremely cunning people who tricks you while placing the order and billing.

For a club sandwich paid 90 rupees, but found there nothing else other than an Onion ring and a piece of Cucumber placed over the green Chutney applied on the side of the bread.

All the prices mentioned are exorbitantly high and has no courtesy of addressing the issue stated by the customer regarding the food.

While most of the Highway restaurants loot the passengers and the drivers get a Share of the cost.. This place, goes one step above and has made a big contract to the Omni Bus operators by forcing the customer to eat at this terrible place. To deceive you the quick bites are available in ground floor and actual restaurant at floor 1.

Undercooked food served in a hurry and adds very little portions to the amount paid.

Strictly avoid this place at any cost.

If the management is reading this... Your employees are playing a foul play in your business. Initiate a countermeasure at the earliest.

Menu cards should be placed and the availability of menu should be displayed clearly.

Not gonna visit again and will pass the message to the other people who prefers this place.

Edit : After posting the review, got a rude response from the owner in a extremely arrogant tone, asking me to Share MY Mobile number to share their menu with me.. Attached image will talk louder by itself.

While a list of few items was in the menu displayed, the rest wasn't there for the display of the customer. And most of the items served wasn't available in the list..

Also asked me to explain what else do we expect in a veg sandwich. There is something called Corn, Cabbage, Capsicum, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, Eggless Mayo.. At least any 2 of the specified ingredients can be used for the sake of 90 rupees paid by any customer.

While the owner had the audacity to rudely criticize me for the review, better they start focusing on their preparation (why was the onions not chopped and the cucumber wasn't peeled, do they have an answer??? NOPE).

In addition to the above mentioned problems, the owner has stated about the hike in the price of the Fuel, Vegetables and milk and so on..

A kilo of onion costs 30 bucks (Maximum at TamilNadu, Andra and Karnataka for certain) and a kilo of tomatoes cost 30 bucks and cucumber costs 10 bucks per piece and corn costs 20 per piece.. While that could make 90 bucks.. Agreeably.

Isn't it the responsibility of the restaurant owner to serve the right food while this kind of Unacceptable price is quoted for most of the dishes.

(Pomogranate juice - Rs. 90 Club Veg Sandwich - Rs. 90 Pav Bhaji - Rs.60 Pani Puri (5 Puri) - Rs. 70 A plate of Idly - Rs. 60)

Is this what affordable looks like..??

Why will a Passenger ask to stop in a place which is not known to the Travellers, have some common sense while you think.

The owner also has asked me to be a responsible person while writing reviews..,

Just to mention that I am a Level 7 Master Reviewer and an Expert Google Fact Finder, who wants to ensure that travelers like me are given the opportunity to know the truth and help them choose the right place to Eat and Stay..

Also they should start learning to handle criticism while it is constructive, which is MY least expected outcome.

It is nevertheless possible to change the loss of their business if this behaviour...

Visited this place for lunch with my mother and daughter en route Trichy - Bangalore.

Ordered thre glasses of buttermilk to quench our thirst. Mother wanted the easiest thing on the non-existent menu, the South-Indian Meals thali.

Simply because my daughter and I were bored of eating the regular 'meals thalis', we decided to go with the available Chinese dishes. Portions visible on other tables seemed large enough for two moderate eaters, so went with one portion of Veg Noodles and one serving of Mushroom Manchurian with gravy.

In a minute, mother's thali was served and mom started munching on it happily, as the range of items on the thali was wide, and she claimed it to be really well made and tasty.

My kiddo and I were first served two large tablemat-sized banana leaves as the 'plates'. No cutlery was placed/handed to us. A minute later it struck me that we were supposed to eat the Chinese dishes with our bare hands... Noodles with out hands! Yeah Right!!

So I mentioned that I'd need a plate since we'd be using forks and spoons to eat out meal, and a leaf would get ripped in the process.

Enter...a dinner plate with a neatly cut circular banana-leaf placed on it. Okay, fair enough! We were also told that there were no cutlery forks in the restaurant, and that there were only disposable areca-nut forks available, so we were more than happy with those. Imagine eating noodles with only a spoon!

Somewhere between all this, three disposable glassfuls of buttermilk were placed before us. Cool, plain, heavily salted, the buttermilk had a definitive fruit flavour, and it was obvious that it had been made with curd/yoghurt that had been placed in the same refrigerator as fruits! They brought us an extra glass of unsalted buttermilk for us to repair our glassfuls, instead of replacing them. And so we did repair our buttermilk.

Our food was served shortly thereafter, and as it was brought in, my 8 year old daughter smelled the air and said, "Daddy, Pasta." In a few seconds after I served both of us, her dialogue became clear. The noodles had been cooked in butter instead of oil and the Manchurian had been generously sprinkled with Basil and Oregano seasoning. Daaamn! Italianised Indo-Chinese food!! Now I've really seen it all.

But, really hungry, both of us quietly ate what we had got without complaining further.

Well, the wonderful store below the restaurant was amazing with many ethnic items that one can but for their home/kitchen stock, but that wouldn't give me reason enough to want to visit this place again, in the immediate future.

Vision: 10/10 Ambience: 10/10 Service: 8/10 Food: Indian - 9/10 Chinese -...

Jan 2025...

THEIR CHAAT ITEMS ARE TOTAL CRAP!!!

Stopped here for a quick bite. So we ordered masala puri, bhel puri, pani puri and veg roll.

Veg roll was very oily and all i could taste was cabbage. Nothing more.

Masala Puri - They just put the channa masala and crushed 2 puris on top of that with a sprinkle of onions. The masala was watery and tasted tangy and sweet. That's not how a masala puri should be.

Bhel puri - Before ordering bhel puri, I asked the guy at the counter, if it's bombay style or south indian. He said south indian style. But he gave bombay style. If you don't know what you are making then politely tell us to inquire at the counter. The guy who is the so called "chaat master" is a north indian guy. I don't know if he understood what I asked or not. He just said yes to everything I asked.

Pani puri - The green pani didn't have any spice no matter what. It was so green which no natural plant could give. I highly doubt color adulteration. The red one which is supposed to be a tamarind sweet water was just sugar water with orange color in it.

Just because they operate under a brand called "Sai Sangeeth" doesn't mean they give quality products.

I will repeat it again. THEIR CHAAT ITEMS ARE CRAP!!!

Last but not the least, They insist you to sit and have inside. Their "inside" was not clean. One tubelight, one fan. None of the tables were cleaned. We asked them to clean the place then they come and wipe the tables. There were houseflies on our table while we were eating.

I would never recommend anyone to stop here for food.

Their restaurant was in bad shape too. Seat cushions dirty and soggy. Table top glasses where old and dirty. So no matter how much they wipe they are gonna look dirty.

Totally disappointed experience with such a huge brand which I used to like earlier. This place entirely changed my perspective about...
