Hi I am Miltan. Very worst I had at my 1st visit.
Ladies rest room was not proper. Toilet water was overflowing and none of the ladies (including my wife) can’t enter into it.
WORST FALUDA EVER I HAD BEFORE. We have ordered our dinner and then we ordered mango flavored faluda (Rs.260). After the layer 1(A scoop of mango icecream), they have filled with jam which was too much sweet which we could not have anymore and just took off the jam. And below that saw a scoop of vanilla flavor.
[The whole faluda which they provided is one scoop of mango ice cream, totally 150 gm of kishan jam, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 50 grams sabja seeds].
Then I called up my attender and asked for a reply for filling with vanilla when I have ordered for mango flavor. As he was new he called up another attender and I addressed the same to him. He said faluda will be filled with a layer of mango, jelly, vanilla, butterscotch, fruits, sabja seeds. I said okay and continued with my faluda. But there was no butter scotch flavor and also not even a single piece of fruits. I again called up the same person who gave me the explanation. No he called up the supervisor/ Manager. He too came and enquired and he replied “how can a faloda have no fruits?” sorry for the inconvenience sir. We can compensate with an another faluda as complementory. We said okay and they parcelled. Once when we open that faluda parcel we found the same formula with only GUAVA fruit in a faluda. And at the time of preparing complementary faluda the faluda maker was shouting badly from his place. It was his mistake for not adding any fruits in faluda. But he as shouting at others which was so embarrassing and even I cant hear weather he is shouting on me or the other person who was answering me. I am really fed up on your SANGEETHA Restaurant which is situated opp to Food street in radial road, Chennai.
Is this the way they provide food to a customer?
Such a worst experience I ever had in such a top most Branded Restaurant. I was waiting for a month time to allocate a special moment to have have memories with my wife. But we both have a worst memories from the time we entered till the...
Read moreWe had butter naan, garlic naan, paneer butter masala and dosa. The worst variety of naan without salt they served us. And paneer butter masala it was highly dominated with raw ginger garlic paste and it was spicy to the core. I don't know that paneer butter masala will be spicy. These years i have ate in other hotels there it was sweetish only. it's the only gravy even the kids can eat. But that itself they gave very spicy. After alterations also it was not good and very less salt. And I ordered veg noodles for my kids I told no spicy but that also they gave spicy only. He didnt eat itself. Dosa was okay. Naan was very thick like pizza and there is no salt very hard to eat. If you ask extra sambar they will give it after 1/2hr only by that time you will finish the dosa. At last we came with hunger and we went with hunger and paid extra money. Finally the bill amount was 1257. But they took 12570 from our card. 24 hrs crossed they didn't credit the balance amount. They told tonight will transfer, then they told next day they will transfer but till now they didn't transfer it. Suppose if there is any error in gpay or card if we tell after going home I will transfer the money will they accept it. Thanks for your worst hospitality and for...
Read moreIt was a family get together with my father in law 80th bday, so we dropped in here for dinner. A close group of family. I usually have a reserved choice for Sangeeta veg restaurant. My usual order would be simple South Indian tiffins and generally avoid anything else. But our group ordered Chilly paneer, Gobi Manchurian, mushroom soup. The starters were quickly brought in, quite okay nothing much to pin point. Then came the mushroom soup, this was a real spoiler! Thick cornflour base soup with small pieces of fried mushroom floating in. Absolutely pathetic!!! For our main course, mushroom masala, paneer tikka masala and rotis, Naan were sent for. Such a simple, standard order. What could possibly go wrong. It bloody did. The gravies were fine but the Rotis and Naan were horrible. A italian cook would have made a better roti. Tandoori Roti, thin. Stretchy, not at all fluffy crunchy. Nothing. Like it was made on a Tava, not a tandoor. The Butter Naan was on a 6 months diet! Chewy, flat, thin. Horrible, horrible. I complained, and was told a fresh ones would be brought, but by the time, the gravies would be cold and everyone's appetite was long gone. Ordered some fresh juice and made a note not to visit this branch again. Thanks but...
