Savoury Sea Shell Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Ordered veg Chinese combo, Paratha chicken shawarma & kubus chicken shawarma… both shawarmas were bland n dry… I would really suggest that the management should visit shawarma joints in Mumbai to understand the real taste of shawarma… the Chinese fried rice… had boiled rice beans n carrots with little salt… no sauces I could taste n totally dry… it mentioned some gravy… which was a manchurian gravy but it was nowhere near gravy it was semi dry… when I ordered it mentioned veg Chinese combo… Mumbai whenever we order most of the menus clearly mention if it has mushrooms… here they sent a starter that was mushroom based n I’m allergic to mushrooms… how on earth will someone understand that a restaurant will be sending mushroom based dish in a combo… they could have made a combo with veg fried rice+ veg manchurian balls gravy+ Gobi manchurian as a combo… moreover the Chinese combo they don’t even bother to provide soy sauce or chilli sauce… I dint expect one of the well known restaurants to do something like this… pls try some restaurants in Mumbai n improve the food quality served… also pls alter your menu to mention which dishes have mushrooms etc as some people can be allergic to it.. as I get food...

The service was very poor , on a busy sunday i can find only two captains serving the food and a couple of waiters whos behavior is very dissatisfactory.

Atleast if the food was good , i would have considered it worth the wait, but we were really sad aftrr seeing the food and more on tasting it.

We ordered chicken, fish and mutton and some veg pasta all together out of hunger and nothing was good.

The masalas were raw and the raw spice hit while eating, mutton was under cooked , chicken and prawns felt very old.

After pestering the manager to taste the food we got , he failed to have a taste and took it inside kitchen. He only offered us a discount on the bill which we already paid

ALTOGETHER SERVICE WAS POOR AND FOOD WAS EXTREMELY BAD. would only rate the veg pasta a okish dish

Mutton biriyani - 2/5 for rice , 1/5 for mutton Prawns gravy - 1/5 Chicken rice and tandoor - 2/5 Fish...

Very bad experience Today (25th Dec) we visited your restaurant, soup was not up to the standard mutton Briyani was too salty We asked for tea and they didn't serve us There were minimal staffs and lack of communication Moto should be service oriented to people not always profit oriented.

Earlier I Suggested CMC DOCTORS to this restaurant but they report celling have holes and their were rats running. It was really shocking news. As health professional I can't hear these things, it's hazardous to people.I doubt about the kitchen hygiene. And Especially for Highway toilets horrible, it's infectious not maintained.

If cannot do these things whole year but atleast to maintain in festival days. Not to think Customers are fool's to eat some rubbish, we travelled such a long distance especially for sea shells but it was really disappointed, should have value...
