This hotel is located at my home town Uthamapalayam(By pass). I hav experianced the taste when we were residing in our home town. People of our home town always prefer Singapore mess for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When ever I visit my home town, I keep visitng this hotel as a part of my trip plan...The tase of the food remains unchanged more than 20 years. Many hotels and mess are located in uthamapalaym town and nothing can replace the fullfillment we get from here. The medhu vada served with coconut chutney and the hot coffe is a perfect snack in evening time. Who ever travels to kerala through theni, can visit this hotel atleast one time to feel the highlights I have mentioned. The taste of Parotta and chicken salna, mutton biriyani will stick to your tongue... Mutton biriyani made up of siraga samba rice is one of the best ever tasted biriyani. The mutton as soft as it melts into our mouth.. Very recently I visited my home town and I had my break fast, lunch and dinner for 3 days and I never felt any kind of stomach upstet which we usualy feel after having a hotel food. It's too costly where the town placed in state. Most are common peoples in that region.
Why say this: I brought 1 kothuporatta and it's costed 210 rupees. Really I didn't feel the taste. They given gravy. If such situations better should buy some parotta and gravy. It's not worthable for the cost.
There are their people to say positiveness. But not me
I personally suggest to post a banner or poster mention the cost of items available. People can understand what to buy. They just kept a whiteboard mentioned special items what are available there. Only after billing people knows about the cost.
I suggest can put profit upto 200%. but based on items delivered and bills seeing that it's more than 400% profit on items. Kindly understand there are peoples knows the manufacturing cost also.
And service side looks bad. Like a tattukada.
