Before reading my post, check the review comment from the hotel management for the one good rating comment and poor rating comment. From this you can understand they dont care about the people's review. But you may think why I'm still posting?? Because I know some people still see reviews and I hope my review will help them to choose better restaurants/party halls.
Note: For good rating one default comment and for poor rating another default comment. Went today to discuss the details of the cost of this party hall.
The person who attended us was explaining the cost of food included 5% GST , first 2 hours free but additional hours we need to pay 2500rs (extra 2 hours 5000rs extra), 2500rs other expense and included default screen on the party hall front.. we were asking anything else you cost us, he clearly says no we don't charge anything else apart from this. He said one condition we also need to pay the full cost 2 week before the function starts with initial 4000rs as advance for booking. We agreed and we paid the advance.
Once advance is paid he is saying decoration is separate cost, then we came to know his real face. He added it varies from 4000rs to 7000rs. For our function we don't need extra decoration n all. We are ok with default one. He then said we need to pay atleast 4k for decoration extra and also we need to go with his decoration person only. I have politely disagreed with him and requested that I will bring our own decorator.
He is very angry and started talking rubbish as he saying that we suppose ask him about the decoration and all. "We know he made a mistake and he is not sorry for that". We were very upset about his behavior and I have requested for refund. He refunded and still he blames us that we suppose to ask about the decoration cost n all.
This is my family first function and we all felt very upset. Now we decided to keep the function in our home itself because of this person.
