Sree Aditti Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

A WRONG CHOICE during our visit to Kanyakumari. Looking at its grandeur and reviews we visited the restaurant only to experience horrible service, bad taste and rude staff. We were annoyed by distracted waiters in the restaurant (only 2 of them) who were unable to manage the guests effectively. We had to struggle to get them to take our order. The waiter was impatient and extremely rude. While placing the order we had a special request to make our dosa crispy. Instead of noting down the request, he argued and advised us that dosa can’t be made crispy. We insisted to get it crispy so he said ok, but he didn’t care much and didn’t relay this request to kitchen. When the order came the dosa was not as advised. It was like ready made dosa’s lying in kitchen brought to our table, stale and burnt. When we asked him about it, he rudely took it back saying such dosas don’t exist. Rest of the food was awful as well. Though we didn’t pay for dosa and got it cancelled, the overall experience in this restaurant was horrible. ZERO/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this hotel, and I must say, it was a thoroughly humiliating experience.

The manager, dressed in a white shirt and dhoti, instructed me to move from my initial seat, claiming it was reserved. I complied and sat elsewhere, ordering my meal. However, when the food arrived, the waiter abruptly stopped me from eating, stating that I hadn't ordered it.

This embarrassing incident occurred in front of a large crowd, leaving me feeling utterly uncomfortable and disrespected. The hotel's waiter seemed completely unbothered by their mistake and showed no apology or concern for my experience.

The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff is appalling. I would advise others to think twice before choosing this hotel for their dining needs.

The usp of the hotel is you will see the ads across show casing the clean toilets. Yes and it does work as Kanyakumari seems to be lacking clean toilet facilities. So this is a win for the hotel and that is what attracts people to visit the place. The food and service is also decent. The restaurant has a good mix of cuisine. It blends well with the local cuisine and North Indian cuisine as well. They have a great coffee place as well for folks who need a good coffee break. The restaurant is abuzz during the lunch time. It is away from the main Kanyakumari area. So best to plan a little ahead of you want to hit the place for lunch or dinner.
