Senseless rude supervisors and suppliers

I am regular visitor of this outfit from the starting itself. Ownership was originally with sarvana bhavan sankagiri toll gate branch.looks like ownership has changed. Customer service which was excellent originally become sloggy with rude supervisors managers nowadays.

Today group of 9 went morning. As 9 wants to sit together.they said not possible. Then we want o sit atleast sideways with two adjacent tables which was at the end so called supervisor was very rude says that is also not possible saying we have to sit at the entrance where he suggested. when we pointes the vacant tables at the end side ways he was showing his face rudely. Finally we sat at the front.by the time we finish food there were customers filling the last seat which we asked. Senseless person fills seat from front to back like marriage function. Cant even sit for our convenience.Even suppliers r not friendly rude and slow service. The original saravana bavan of polite fast service become rude and sloggy service.even dishes like roast were papery thin break like...

While everyone wants to piggy bank on the original Hotel Saravana Bhavan's (a famous restaurant chain based in Chennai with many branches including overseas) name but none of these duplicates fulfil the promise of hygiene tasty foods. However this Sree Saravana Bhavan with two branches on highway is exceptional and trustworthy. You can stop by here for pretty decent food.

Mini tiffin for breakfast is good but find bit heavier if you are light breakfast eater. I find staffs courteous.

There are several Saravana Bhavans to make a normal person to get confused on this stretch. Few meters before this place has another Saravana Bhavan to add to the confusion.
