Sri Anandha Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Recently, my family and I visited this hotel, and we were highly disappointed with the quality of service provided. The hotel was very poorly maintained, and the behavior and service of the staff were far from satisfactory. The staff lacked basic courtesy and patience towards customers, which is essential in the hospitality industry.

Moreover, they charged high prices for low-quality service, which is completely unacceptable. What we actually ordered and consumed was different from what was mentioned in the bill. Additional items were wrongly added, and we were charged extra without justification. This kind of practice is unfair to customers and unethical.

Such actions damage the trust and reputation of the hotel. Based on our experience, this is one of the worst hotels we’ve visited, and we would not recommend...

There are enough chairs and seating. This place is on the main junction at the Sirakali road. It offers a variety of foods. There is proper hand wash but can be well-maintained, and the items are bit costly.

The restaurant has a wide range of veg cuisines include meals, variety rice, noodles etc. The fresh juice was not available and beverages are not refreshing. The prices are high but the taste was good. Also the quality and quantity of food was okay. The sambhar rice was good.

The parking facility is available and much satisfying for cars..

It is okay place to refresh, halt and chat with family or friends. But it needs to be maintained well.

GRUNGY, UNHYGIENIC RESTURANT Yesterday (7th March 2021) we had breakfast from here. Even though the external appearance and the interior were looking good, the whole restaurant was unhygienic. The floor of the restaurant was dirty with food particles & spilled water. Tables were all dirty, sticky, uncleaned and full of flies. A boy was cleaning the tables with a dirty wet rag. The restrooms were a mess…….. If this is the condition of places open to the public, just imagine what will be there behind the scenes! The worse thing was the food. The service boy brought food and served with his bare hands. The food itself was of very poor quality & cold, we were swatting flies away while trying to eat food. If google has a rate below single star I will give that one for...
