Sri Madhuram's Hotspot — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Am a regular customer to hotspot...all the staffs knew me very well and they are very polite, especially the tea master...but for the past 2 visits the present hotspot manager behaviour is very poor...

1st visit - when I gave the bill for parcel the manager asked to wait and i waited, but he collected bill from others who came after me..

2nd visit - yesterday evening I came with my Bank manager friend and went to bill section for coffee, the manager who sits in the cash section, putting bill for the person who stands before me and i waited for him to finish... Again he starts getting orders & putting bills for 2 perons who came after me...

I don't why he's avoiding... I never spoke with him before...

Felt very bad yesterday and decided not to go to hotspot hereafter...

I have been a regular customer at this branch of madhuram for 3 years now. Initially it was a self service restaurant but now it has been changed into a conventional dine in restaurant. Since then the service has been horrible. This once even after 10 minutes they hadn't asked for my order, I was in a hurry I walked out to order tea myself. This was noticed by them only when I got my tea myself and had started to drink it. I was approached by a waiter, I didn't get an apology instead I was questioned as to why I came out, not just that there were 2 captains who were just staring at me as though it was me who had committed some mistake. Similar such incidents have been a happening for a while now not just with me but a lot of others who are also regular customers. I visited this place for breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. I tried the mini tiffin, which included kesari, poori, idly, vadai, pongal, and even a mini coffee , all just for ₹130 !!! Every item tasted delicious and perfectly prepared. Special mention goes to the coffee, I truly enjoyed it. The portion sizes were generous. The service was quick and friendly.
