Sri Sakthi Saravana — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This place has got the worst service I have ever seen. They dont have knowledge on handling customers. Worst service experience that too when they have got a three seat full of customers, they act like their hotel is full and they are full busy. Highly not recommended. Also the people who ask for parcel will get them only when all the customers who have come for dining have completed their meals. Advice to people working here: Guys please try to learn how to handle customers properly. If you dont know how to handle them then please dont run a restaurant. Caution to customers: When u dont get a parcel please dont pay, then yu will never get them untill you have asked it for...

A great place I visited with my family on 14th March. People say when you're destined to go to a place you will eventually get there. We were planning to go to A2B Arcot, but my Son started crying as his nausea kicked in (Chennai to Bangalore)...We stopped at this breakfast place, but with a lot of suspicions. We were so happy to taste an amazing Tamil breakfast Why? : a)Reasonable price, b)Awesome quantity, c) spacious, d)Super quality. What is the attraction? a) Small Amman temple and murugan temple (That's why it's Sakthi Saravana hotel) b) Amazing parking space. Areas of improvement: Better...

We as a family of 15 people on the way came to this hotel to have dinner at 9 pm. The server told that they have idly,dosa, parotta, Puri....and took the order after 10 min he came with dosa ...then told we don't have parotta, chapathi also ....Very worst service...if he told that had only dosa is available then we would have cancelled the order and gone to next hotel... People please avoid this hotel...after seeing this many people came to have food left the hotel...very sad that without any food they are...
