very bad taste of food, had never experienced it before. Slow service and suppliers are very lazy. Our food serviced boy didn't hear the orders properly and the taste of the food is very bad and he's convincing us for the taste of food. The service of the food is very slow maximum 1hour we waited for the food. People who came after us all orders has been taken quickly and completed their dinner within that 1 hour. But till that we didn't get any of the food we ordered. Normal 1 dosa itself they couldn't bring quickly. we ordered 1 mushroom soup, 1/2 tomato soup, 1/2 veg clear soup, 2 sets of romalin and mushroom masala, one normal dosa. for 1 soup they took it half hour to bring and the tomato soup was very worst. I've never tasted this soup before like this, its nearly felt like tomato rasam its really bad. This is not a soup at all. Just water, then full of sour, tomato mix, pepper that's it. Is this a soup? After taking order and reminding him aftrr 10 mins then only he remembered our order. Also i have ordered masala dosa, aftrr 20 mins and multiple reminders he came with podi dosa and said since masala dosa is over plesse have podi dosa instead. The cashier was billing wrong amount for many customers who ate here, even for me just for a bill of 80rs. he doubled the quantity and made a wrong bill of 190 rs. When I asked he just smiled and said wrongly printed and casually told me to ignore and complaint to anyone you can. Management should get rid of such people strictly otherwise it's a bad name for the hotel. I don't know how much that cashier has looted this way for how long.
