Worst customer service ever! I have tried their 2 to 3 branches, and one common thing that I have noticed among these branches was their worst behavior and attitude towards the customers. It clearly means that the management is not concentrating / willing on customer satisfaction and service. Very Lethargic behavior, showing faces to the customers, treating customers like beggars, unresponsive, unprofessional and so on. I have tried in so many other branded outlets as well which was good but this is one of the worst in this field.
