SS Hyderabad Biryani, Ambattur OT — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Recently I have ordered chicken briyani what I have received is a over cooked old briyani which may be 1 day old with less pieces also it's not in condition to eat when I try to inform that to the particular branch the guy simply says we are not responsible u got it through Zomato says it's their fault but the briyani is was from the branch he just simply says go and complaint on Zomato also we don't have any staff to pick up we can't do anything here this is now the first time it's time to check wats wrong in that outlet management has to take serious actions on outlet like these I have shared the images kindly don't visit or order in this particular outlet. We are not getting anything for free it's our money which they should give quality product but they are very careless and in a mind set do wat ever u can finally i throwed the briyani into dustbin rather getting...

Tried chicken noodles, i was happy with the amount of chicken and the overall quantity. Bit spicy with lot of pepper.

Some places they would add the remains of chicken 65 to the noodles where we would only find the masala coating but not the chicken. Here, it wasn't like that.

First thought the price was bit high, but it's worth for the money paid. Two can share one noodle ordered.

Later in 2022, tried to buy Kuska on Sunday they said we sell only briyani on Sunday. Then I tried buying Kuska on Wednesday and Thursday. On both occasions they denied me the food.

But I have seen people buying them and my friends too had them. Not sure why they denied me. My friends say the way you dress matters, but to me even if I can afford to buy briyani. It's a matter of what I want to eat not what I can...

Did a online order from SS Hyderabad Website and couldn't see nearby location Avadi available for delivery. Hence, picked Ambattur and they rejected delivery saying only Avadi will deliver and the person was rude on call mentioning pre-booking only available and forcing us to book via Swiggy/Zomato to benefit money from it... This is the third time such incident is happening with SS Hyderabad locations... They are in the mindset of best biryani hence people will always queue up and soon this will not be the case... Will be switching to Kader Bhai...
