"A Thoroughly Disheartening Dining Experience"

My recent visit to this establishment left much to be desired. To begin with, the portion sizes were astonishingly inadequate, particularly the chicken entrée, which seemed to be a mere fraction of what one might reasonably expect for the exorbitant price. It is baffling how such a modest serving could be priced so disproportionately high, especially in comparison to other dining venues offering far superior value.

Moreover, the service was inexcusably lethargic. After an interminable wait of over 30 minutes, our food finally arrived, only to be served at an unacceptable temperature—lukewarm at best. The culinary quality was lackluster and devoid of any distinguishing flavors, which was particularly disconcerting given the premium pricing. To make matters worse, the following day, I experienced considerable digestive discomfort, including severe bouts of loose motions, leading me to seriously question the hygiene and food safety standards of this establishment.

There are numerous other restaurants in the vicinity that provide a far superior gastronomic experience at a more reasonable cost. I am afraid I cannot envision a scenario in which I would...

The old adage "Never judge a book by it's cover" comes to mind when you first visit Street Arabiya in Pothanur.

Visited the place on a colleagues raving recommendation but when I reached the location what I saw was quite a bit of a disappointing surprise.

I went to the place on an evening thinking it'd be a regular restaurant but I was surprised to find out they primarily only had open roof top dining area which can only be reached by climbing a fairly steep staircase so it might be a bit difficult for elders who have difficulties in movement.

But once you reach the dining area you will be greeted with some novel dining arrangements.

Now coming to the food, the limited dishes served were ones the chef is quite confident in and it shows,

All the dishes were really good but we especially loved the Mandi and the Kunafa.

The flavours in the Mandi were well balanced and went along well with the kanthari Alfaham

Not the right place for a family..(I mean husband , wife and kid).. they didn’t provide any waiting space.. have to wait behind the person who eats their food.. we have waited almost 30 mins with patience.. and then we got a seat so when we going to get that seat one person came and told this seat is not for u ,there are some people out there they are going to sit here..!!! We are the one who comes first but still they gave them that seat!!!! Wasted 30 mins for the seat itself so we decided to go back to some other restaurant and moving that time my daughter cried a lot .. whole restaurant noticed us.. she really want to eat from there but we felt so hungry so no other option than switching from there.. so we compelled her to go downstairs to get our car.. but all the incidents are happening infront of the staffs they didn’t requested to stay or anything .. they didn’t response.. they are like “u want to eat then wait atleast 1 hour” u can’t wait then go please.. like that only!!!! What kind of service is that??? Will never ever visit this place again.. actually this incident spoiled...
