Subway — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR MEAL!!!

Worst subway outlet ever. I've been to multiple subways in multiple cities. Everywhere it is decent to very good in terms of quality.

I gve this place 3 chances and my experience kept getting worse each time:

1st time: Ordered on swiggy.The veg toastie wasn't even toasted in the oven. Everything was just sprinkled over the bread. Very minimum effort put into the order.

2nd time: They don't even have most of the sauces. They won't give you the bill and instead will give you a handwritten paper receipt. They know that if they give us the receipt we can raise a complaint on subway website.

3rd time: Ordered 2 subs and 2 sides on swiggy. Both the subs were missing in the order. This was after the order was already late by 30mins....

Bad floor maintenance. No perfect ac. Floors not cleaned. Air cutter not running always. If no customer everything turned off leading to flys entering the restaurant. No wall fan or pedestal fan as their policy not allowing it it seems. We had bad experience two days before. Minimum 10 flies inside the dining hall. Staff said it is the season. But no prevention taken except a fly catcher kept in a corner. Reason was ac and air cutter was turned off. Only one ac could throw bit chill air the other one only air. But after the air cutter turned on the situation was better. My point is they don't repar or manage the floor including attending or replacing the erring appliances. Nevertheless to say the food is always excellent and the staff does their job...

Cannot review the food her as it's all common every where. Service was okish here and not that great. Wanted to teach those employees about smile and they make us feel as if we are given free food by the way they talk. Not that great when compared to many other subways.

My bill was also wrongly billed where the sub of th day was billed with regular cost though we mentioned that in advance, and have as corrected since I checked and asked that.
