Thank you for such a Fabulous cake Aarthi. You spent almost 2 days in customising the cake-design for my event over the phone call and whatsapp messages. The most impressive part was, you also shared with me the sketches of cake how it will look like. Every minutest aspect of the cake was taken care-of which helped in improvising the design. The cake’s colour was perfectly matching to my parent’s dress-code and to the stage decoration made and it was such delightful. You also came down yourself to the event to deliver our cake to ensure the cake was no where damaged. You had put all your efforts possible for my event to be successful. I came across customers saying, you make premium cakes which are bit expensive. However, it was worthy. The taste of the cake was such delicious. The flavoursome of the cake was such tasteful that most of my guests had more cake-slices. Generally, The fondants used by most bakers give more candy/sugary tastes which sometimes spoils the flavour. But the fondants used by you was well-balanced as well. Her fondant Cakes are outstanding among other bakers in Salem. Not just celebration fondant cakes, even other desserts from Sugar & Spice are scrumptious starting the cupcakes, cheesecakes, festive hampers and lots.. The new additions - gelatos with many new innovative flavours, to mention a few Mango, Dark Chocolate, Jamun n a couple of sorbets makes me forget the traditional ice cream shops in the district..
