The Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Repeating items in the menu . Biriyani Combo portions are less menu says that chicken 65 in the combo but we dont recieve . Stupid people doesn't have common sense soups and starters are in between the menu no idea who plan the menu great innovations , same like that soup came in between the meal waiting for starter.. after completion of meals starter came to the table ... worst behavior from the manager shafidula no idea how he management keep unexperienced guys . he introduced him self in between the meal asking about the experiences and forcing the peoples to review about the restaurant, un-experienced service staff especially in first floor .. doesn't have idea about ground floor and mandi section .. please don't disturb the customers in between the meals unless they need you. Guys be careful if you order naan and butter chicken together naan will come 1 hour before the butter chicken . No need to order starter they will bring some other food which we dont order and tell us to pay forcefully... we order egg fried rice but recieved chicken fried rice noting special about the restaurant waste of money and time especially attitude of the service people ... staffs sitting inside the restaurant speaking very loudly in the mobile especially guy in spectacles i feel like why should I visit this restaurant last week my friends visit here and recommended this place about the service and privacy this week it was quite opposite.. guys be careful they charge more for the food we don't eat and they serve the food which we dont...

With heavy heart I had to give atleast a 3 star since for the food we received that is not what we expect from a restaurant which gives a amicable snack items and various bakery items. Owing to that curiosity we ordered a bucket biryani and mandi biryani and we left out with very bad reviews from our guests who had the food. Typically for mandi biryani the Tomato chutney is the star of the show then the flavour full rice and then comes the chicken/mutton but when we had a mandi here it was just some basmati rice which was cooked with turmeric and not even a iota of taste was there in the biryani, even the bucket biryani was not having biryani taste. We all felt disappointed with the food taste. For a normal restaurant if they served me this kinda food would have straight away rated 1 or 2 star but since I have been to Italia bakery many times and I hope they would someday give...

It has a different and new cuisine to explore but I reckon they could do a lot better. There was not much variety per se. And, for a place literally name "The Italian Restaurant" there's almost little to none Italian dishes... But even that could've been excused if the Arabian cuisine was good... Which definitely was not the case. The meat was dry and overcooked, seasoning was uneven. The most appreciable thing would be quantity, it is quite a lot. Customer service was below average, not good but not rlly bad either. The ambience was nice but the space is quite crammed up.
