Worst restaurant which I can find at Erode. The restaurant doesn't offer a proper keen customer services. They are improper & the response from the management was completely BAD! I went out there by the time of 12 Noon with my family. Was not much hunger, so ordered a Milk payasam where I was regular to that whenever I had a meal before over there. The supplier of the restaurant & the manager refused to provide us payasam to me & family as we didn't order a meal for lunch. Only when I order any meal, I will be given a milk payasam. I spoke with the manager with kind & gentle. The response from other side was IRRESPECTFUL! No other restaurants show these kind of improper responses & provide such a worst useless services. Average. 1. Went on weekday dinner at 8pm yet there is no Idly. Menu card with no price(have never seen any place with long menu card with no price) I understand there is renovation/construction. But can't they even screen the work site and have proper walkway? Or atleast there shud be bright light so ppl can walk cautious. We ’ve been visiting Sri Thindal Punjabi Family Restaurant for over three years on an average of twice in a month. Everytine we had the pleasure of dining there. Every visit reaffirms why it’s my favorite spot in Erode. The open-air dining and charming open theatre provide such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, and the variety of birds and kids’ play area make it perfect for families.
