Twin Town by Sri Saravanass — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited the place with my 2 year old Son and I loved the food and ambience very much that we visited for the second time, both the times the guy who served us was same and he Did a very good job serving us.

Then when we were about to leave I got a comment from a guy who works there pointing the server who served us to my Son saying “say Tata to ur periyappa” ! What does that mean really ? I know ppl say mama, but I don’t think it was un intentional! I was totally offended but walked away without talking, never expected such comments from a posh shop like this one! Later I sent my Cousin who is a regular to the juice shop below and informed them the incident and he was told, that the guy will be warned and they will call back and update us about they warned him but we never got any such call.. it’s been 2 months now and I stopped going there.. after all that’s what women face in this country, I don’t want that guy to be punished but this should not happen to another women. And that pushed me to write my experience as a review here.

Edited : I have given two stars and not one star just for the server who attended us.. he did his job very well. Don’t know y he wrote apology letter ! Anyways it’s too late to find out the person who commented on us and it’s bad and not right that some one else who treated us well had to write the apology! Will take out the post once this edit reaches u and convey my apologies to the server, since he is not at fault.. my only intention was to notify the management and stop something like this happening...

5 days back... I was asking them to celebrate the birthday with decoration and cake... They asked money for decoration 800 they told me this will come that will come... But at last it's just with 10 to 15 balloons and just with colour papers.... Nothing worthy for 800. When I asked them... They are telling that no one told Mee about your order.... Okay leave this decoration... Then I asked them to show me tha cake which I had allready ordered before 3 days... They asked me the flavour... I told... They are searching there.. after 30 mins they are easily saying ur cake was not done yet... No one told me that cake order... The he is telling now that cake is not available can we get another cake tell me tha flavour... Very very very worst now a days... At last I asked them to give my money back.... For this worst plan... They charged me 500 as advance....😑🤬😡 Wrost answer for everyone things I asked... Wrost... Very very worst... It's waste of time and money only... Soo please don't book any suprise visit or...

Atmosphere was so clean and perfect !! But the food was not upto the mark !! I ordered brownie with ice cream and orea shake both are not up to the rate!! They cost seprately for vannila that is just like a local icecream! Brownie is not soft and it's very hard taste like a local choclate cake ! And about Oreo shake nothing is there for 130rs !! They add more milk instead of ice cream which shake looks and takes like a Oreo milk ! Not a shake , more like a water !! Actually we came to eat falooda as it's mentioned is online menu but when you go the shop they will say we don't have that ! So they have to manage their web menu also correctly! Pls improve and provide good and value foods to the customers! We consumers are paying the money so we expect quality food!! Provide that! And friends if you want to experience good taste of brownie with ice cream better pls don't go...
