VERY WORST service experience available here....

Reserved a table for two on Saturday (26.08.23) through phone reservation. They took my reservation for Sunday(27.08.23) buffet at 2.30pm, when we reached there at 2.45pm the person was telling me, sorry sir the buffet is finished as we had made little amount of food for today's buffet because it's Sunday (Note: They offer this buffet menu only on Sundays)..

Then I asked him why didn't you inform me about this earlier. He was saying sorry we don't have your number to inform you.. I don't know then how they reserved my table.

Then he was saying the reason that they are receiving around 100 calls a day that's why he missed my number.

100% not recommended...

This restaurant has a roof top dining place which is the reason I visited. But since there was no breeze that day it was too hot so I had to give up on the idea. The food was ok for the price. The ambience was good however I wish they had turned on the 2nd AC before I started sweating profusely. They need to work on their game since i dont see people only paying for ambiance. Worst service. Ordered Mutton briyani on Aug 1st at 12.30 Pm they made me to wait 45min for one briyani. Lost my patience and asked to return my money . Even after all these they are not ready return money. We had a heat argument finally they gave me the parcel when we opened it at home it was chicken briyani instead of mutton. I will not recommend this hotel...
