I was regular customer for 2-3 yrs. I've seen them growing and developing good. Today really disappointed with their billing. I've been forced to pay for water bottle (that too semi filled, with their own label and water) which was not ordered by me or my family. As a regular customer I know they use to give water in a regular ss jug and that was missing. Thought the jugs were replaced with their name labelled water bottle. Also I've ordered for hot water, for which the waiter after serving all dishes said it will take few more minutes. So naturally we are bound to use the bottle water. Why I should billed for the one which was not ordered by me??? Though the fearful restaurant manager understand the situation, he doesn't want to be customer friendly. He is more fearful to the management and accountability for a single bottle. He is forced to implement the new system. Of course flaws will be there while implanting new system, studying and providing proper remedial actions are expected by a manager; not forcing the customer and losing customer and reputation. We are paying in thousands as our bill, 30rs is not a big deal. Why the manager can't think of it even after asking directly? And secound time again we asked for grill they said no grill was availabe to serve you. After we finished our dinner we noticed that there are lot of grill available, And they serving it for others. But the chicken was uncooked and gravy tasted raw. When complained abt it the server said will ask n get back. But after he didn't get back to us. They gave us the bill for ₹340.
