Vasantha Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Don't take food on this hotel. We were the regular visiter till we experienced the below mentioned incident, but not now.

One day when we go to Madurai we had a lunch here, when I was eating I felt that the earliest visit taste was missing, but no way we have started hence completed in half lunch. Whether believe or not when I was nearing trichy, I felt the wamitting sensation and stomach and food pipe burning sensations,. I stopped one juice shop then had one mint with lemon juice. Then slowly I recovered.

Seems the management has been changed, my last visit I noticed that the tables were not cleaned, staffs were not professional, don't bother about your food and customers service on tables, we need to call them for each and every requirements.

For billing you need to wait at least 25 minutes.

Thought lots of reasons to avoid the hotel the main one is the Quality. Which is definitely not good for health. Have food next one aryas or opp...

The service is pathetic. I and my kid when visited this place, there was no one to guide you or tell you like where to sit or on which table. So when I entered, found all the servers were busy attending the existing customer and coming to billing counter and doing the payment. I was looking here and there for about 10 to 15 mins just looking if someone would guide us, but that was not so. So I found some place inside Ac room and sat with my kids. Later after 10 mins some person come and tell that they were not servicing this table. What sort of behaviour is this, I do not know that. When the person says that can't be not guide us on which table you would be taking, that work we should find the place the And take a seat. I got frustrated and moved to a different restaurant around that area. People still need to learn on the customer hospitality, instead just waiting for the tips from customer is not...

We went on 15/09/24 at 10.30 AM. We(totally 5 members) ordered Idly, Pongal, dosas & vadais. But, at 10.30 itself, idly is over, Pongal over, Vada is over. On prime day, on prime tym evrything s over. Only Dosa s available. We ordered onion dosa. After Few 10 mins, they come says onion dosa n ot available. Only plain dosa s available. We jus frustrated over the unavailability & delays for the response. After tat, we had wat they given & left. Request the management to concentrate on the dishes on prime days lik Sundays, Mugurtha naal, etc... Bcoz, u r the first hotel in the dindivanam while returning from Native.
