Velan Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

They are a good restaurant considering the location surandai they are in but the crowd gets attracted to them that too in the small seating is too much for us and coming to food tastes seems to be good to okayish, pricing is on high compared to the location they are in and service is not good at all we don't like it, the behavior too is not acceptable. We went as 15 people group and tried meals and several other variety rice chapati items, chapati was very hard not easy to swallow, meals was okay, variety rice items has nothing as sides to ask usually for variety rice all restaurants will either give you veggies of the day or pappad they didn't give anything even after asking they said we won't give and we can't give that's really bad from their side. Unacceptable a thought...

You won't find a better veg restaurant in the town of Surandai. The place is quite neat and tidy. Lots of variety veg goods are available at affordable rates. Staff behaviour is also nice and cordial. I will definitely recommend this place. One issue I found being non-tamil,is the non-availability of menu card in English, though the staffs are kind enough to help and give suggestions. I hope in the future, more seating capacity would also be provided, because in the evening rush time, it's pretty hard to...
