Hello vilfresh team, at the outset i am really surprised to see the quality getting degraded slowly. I am renowned customer with vilfresh and prominent buyer for their milk products. I am seeing the quality is getting degraded. Today the milk got spoiled for no reason and the panner i got from them is turning yellow and started foul smelling. It never been the case earlier. Had the worst experience on the first day itself.Yesterday only I started my A2milk subscription.They are supposed to start supplying from today morning but noone turned up.when contacted the girl who booked the subscription ,her mobile is switched off.when contacted the customer service they said the delivery boy didn't know the location.the amount got debited from my account.she said she will refund the amount back.but the money didn't get credited to my account.now when contacted the customer service no one is picking up the call.very frustrating and...
