Zephyr Bar and Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

There are two big problems with Zephyr.

Service is atrocious. In the past I’ve waited 15 minutes for them to give me a menu, now when I enter the place I grab a menu from the counter, in the foolish belief it might speed up the ordering process. Today I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order, in the end I decided “if they don’t give a fig about trying to take my order then I’m going to leave”

Secondly, some of the menu items, when the food is eventually served, are quite tasty. But unfortunately on three occasions when ordering fish it’s been delivered raw, masked by a sauce that does not match the menu description. The problem with raw fish is that it’s raw because they’ve not defrosted it properly, or maybe they hoped the cooking process would take care of the defrosting

It genuinely would not take much to turn Zephyr into a semi-decent place. A little attention to the cooking, and a lot of emphasis on providing customer service. Unfortunately for me Zephyr is the only local eatery so I have to grit my teeth and probably try it...

Subpar service, exorbitant prices, and malfunctioning AC marred my visit.

Such a great place to have a quality time, most people are foreigners because of the food and drinks such as hieneken and brands outside of TN. Food is great, drinks are of very good quality. I would recommend if you are going with Friends and are from out of TN visiting here. But it is far from area of any human presence, it's located inside Hiranandani properties.. i would recommend always go by a car or auto,...
