97 Food court — Restaurant in Telangana

This hotel is just not worth to visit or eat. Once apon a time it was excellent. Now the quality of food is very bad. Idlis and wada are very cold. The crockery is just like on a cart on road side. Breakfast was served in paper plates and the samber was leaking from this plates.There was no tumblers or Glas to drink water. The breakfast menu was limited . Just Idli,wada,dosa,& puri. Tea & coffee. Also Note there is no Menu card for tiffin. This is with the intention to cheat the public. Please be careful if you are stopping here for food. As this hotel is on Hyderabad Bangalore highway, most of the cars are loaded with full of baggage, there is no security guard at parking place. Waste of money and time. Better to try another hotel just 5 minutes away and just pure vegetarian...

There is no coordination between the serving staff & kitchen staff. According to serving staff, the buffet was ready, and they asked us to start eating... but a few more items like puri, sweet, papad, etc. were remaining to be served and added to the menu when we were almost done and thinking of paying the bill. ( not aware of list of items to be served)

They are very confused , even to take the orders. The way they answered , we thought they were not serving the particular dish, and we went for thali ( buffet). Later, while eating, they served the ordered one, and we ended up paying for that, too.

So, I strongly suggest to double check the order given and items available. Don't visit unless you have...

Visited after 6 years and I see no change.

I once again visited 97 on July 15th for dinner, arriving early at 7:30 pm. To my surprise, the restaurant was completely empty. The staff seemed unprepared for guests, engrossed in chit-chat and on their phones. The washrooms were dirty, and every table had dead bugs, reflecting a lack of maintenance. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning. The overall experience was so off-putting that we left without dining. I cannot recommend 97 in its current state. Earlier visit.
