I recently visited this place with my family, and I was impressed by the atmosphere, which is definitely the main attraction. The interior design is beautifully maintained, featuring lush greenery that truly reflects the name "Ananthagiri." It creates a calming and inviting environment that enhances the dining experience.
We ordered the Chicken Biryani, and I found the food to be quite decent. The prices are reasonable—not too high and not overly low—making it accessible for a variety of budgets.
However, there are a few concerns worth mentioning. First, there is no parking available, which is a significant drawback, especially if you’re driving. Additionally, since the restaurant is located on the first floor, the entrance on the ground floor can feel a bit odd during off-peak hours. I personally felt confused about whether I was at the right location, as there was no one around to assist.
On the positive side, the interior aesthetics, the non-vegetarian biryani (which I can personally recommend), and the moderate pricing make this place worth a visit. Overall, it's a nice spot for a family outing, but be prepared for the parking situation and the...

I visited Ananthagiri Ruchulu this week, and it’s conveniently located near NTR Chowrasta, making it easily accessible for travelers. Upon arrival, the ambiance seemed inviting, with plenty of diners enjoying their meals, which gave us the impression of a popular spot.
We ordered a mix of starters: Chicken Majestic, Kung Pao Chicken (both categorized as "Must Try"), and a vegetarian option, Baby Corn. Unfortunately, I found the chicken to be quite tough and lacking the authentic flavor one would expect from Telugu cuisine.
We also tried the Chicken Biryani, which was just average. I believe the restaurant team should focus on enhancing the flavors of their dishes while also ensuring good hygiene practices.
Additionally, I suggest improving the natural greenery instead of relying on artificial plants.
Thank you for reading my review. I hope this feedback is helpful for both diners and the restaurant team as they strive for...
Read moreVisited for lunch when returning from ananthagiri hills. We have waited for 15 mins to get a table in there and then 20 mins for the waiter to see us. Only one person is serving in the entire restaurant.
Ordered two appetizers. Crispy fish fry and ginger chicken(which is their dish of that day supposedly). The amount of salt in both of them is so much that one plate of any of the items can raise your BP within minutes. Couldn't even have one bite. A little salty is understandable when you are serving a number of people whose pref varies. But the amount of salt in our food is so much that even the restaurant owner and server couldn't take a bite and they threw it then and there.
We didn't waste more time there. So we returned those items and left the restaurant.
Now I'm shocked to see the restaurant reviews here, which is almost 4. Maybe we visited the...
