Bamboo Kitchen Restaurant — Restaurant in Telangana

Its opened newly and created a buzz around. On my first visit, I felt like the ambience is different and filled with lots of crowd. As i came for a takeaway..I was waiting to get my order and in meanwhile observing the surroundings as I personally interested into food business. Let me tell you my honest views here: Pros Nice ambience Food was okaish and if they maintain different varieties and quality would be better. The restaurant owners are very encouraging. I can see their genuine efforts to please the customers and taking their feedback on how to improve. Cons In respect with the crowd, good hygiene standards should be maintained to pull the crowd as I observed some improvements are needed especially during this pandemic situation. I was ordered moghlai biryani and recieved moghlai curry, later they were rectified their mistake when I asked and given me the order which took me another 15 min. There was no proper family section, which will be a drawback to people like me to get my family out there. Menu is limited and the no. of staff should be improved and who serves should be guided to maintain the cleanliness. I hope all these suggestions will taken into their consideration and would like to see the restaurant to be in top in way...

They don't know how to deal with their valuable customers! 👎👎👎👎 One of their staff behave rude when I asked for the cool water. They turned off the Free drinking water fridge, it Seems we must buy water bottle in this hot summer. Mahabubabad is a growing town, 95%people from near by villages. Everyone cant afford packaged water. Food is good. But for me respect is more important than anything. If they want a sealed botle, they buy anyway.! My suggestion to Bamboo Head: "Don't force people to buy anything. Train your staff.! I found Rats in bamboo walls, please maintain hygiene surroundings. Don't go to family section at top you will hear rat noises and roof that baskets with lamp u will see dust. And I asked about butter chicken they bought chicken curry kind of thing. When I asked about colour and texture waiter argued as that is butter chicken even after showing in Google images they are not convinced. Looks like they are not open for feedback. Better avoid with family. There are lot of flaws u won't even get glasses for water so pity of...
